Daily Duties at Zodiac Aerospace:

Primary duties consist of managing 75 employees and monitoring the daily operations of the CNC, Press, Sheet Metal, Crate Shop, and Paint departments, which grew to four shifts per seven day work week in the Press and CNC departments. Daily tier meetings held to address safety, quality, scrap generation, maintenance/PM programs, daily throughput and labor/machine utilization. Plan all work based off of the MPS (master production schedule). Maintained policies and procedures within the departments to ensure ISO and FAA compliance. Represent the departments in yearly ISO and FAA audits. Participate on new product development teams to ensure timely development of new product lines.
