Daily Duties at Boeing:

Developed monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, actuals reporting and variance analysis of cash, orders, sales, earnings, net assets, economic profit for the Ground Based Missile Defense program. Assessed potential risks and opportunities impacts to the program. Utilized FOCUS FP&A system to report forecasts and variances to corporate. Participated in the coordination and preparation of the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP). Compiled and loaded LRBP into the Integrated Finance Planning System. Prepared, coordinated, reported and managed the GMD site Overhead and Capital budgets. Prepared, analyzed and forecasted the monthly GMD sales accruals package. Coordinated and tracked monthly expenditure forecast profile for accruing subcontractors.
