Produced process manuals and restructured web server to improve efficiency. Performed overhead and base forecasting, root cause analysis and integration, Basis of Estimates, and comprehensive monthly reporting. Led performance discussions prior to monthly operations reviews and provided guidance and recommendations for cost mitigation supporting affordability initiatives.
