Daily Duties at Acadia Consulting/Aarp's Take A Stand Campaign:
Worked closely with the State Field Director to execute a membership engagement plan in Florida. Supervised and motivated Field Organizers to meet goals. Met with organizational and local stakeholders to represent the campaign and communicate campaign objectives. Helped to recruit and activate members, and cultivate volunteer leaders. Developed, refined, and helped lead organizing trainings for member volunteers. Managed all aspects of volunteer activities, including phone banks, canvasses, and events. Managed the collection and input of all data. Worked with leadership to refine program tactics and adjust methods as needed. Provided daily and weekly reporting on progress to goal for all metrics.
