Daily Duties at New Virginia Majority:

Worked with political staff to implement direct voter contact programs, primarily through door-to-door canvassing. Recruited, trained, and supervised voter engagement organizers and canvassers. Maintained field canvass calendar, schedule and supervise shifts. Provided daily progress reports to political team. Ensured quality control and data integrity of the voter engagement programs. Made sure all aspects of the field program are implemented timely and on track to meet goals and metrics. Performed other duties as required.
