Daily Duties at Paiste America:

Responsible for all aspects of internal daily operations including order processing, telemarketing, customer service, inventory control, warehousing, hiring, training, evaluating, counseling and dismissals at the U.S. Headquarters for this Swiss cymbal manufacturer. Developed and implemented marketing/sales budgets, regional forecasting and tracking, call planning, product and sales training, expense allocation/analysis, monthly dollar and unit sales analysis. Brought third-party products into our distribution network. This involved contract negotiations (foreign and domestic), market research, distribution proposals, pricing policies, margin analysis, etc. Managed all trade show and advertising activities.
