Daily Duties at Kingsway Capital:
Review weekly property listings for foreclosures, bank owned and distressed listings. Attended weekly preauction meetings and visited/analyzed potential purchases. Purchased desirable properties at auctions or through other realtor networks. Designed rehab projects and negotiated reasonable contracts with contractors that were designed with specific goals and timelines. Work closely with these contractors as needed to ensure all deliverables are met and profitability was maintained.
