Daily Duties at Rane Engine Valve Ltd:

-Project execution for new product starting from feasibility assessment, PPAP, design verification CatiaV5 and Product Lifecycle Management. Coordinate Audits Lean Production System (LPS), internal Quality audits, ISO/TS 16949, WIP work in progress. -Evaluating New project development (NPI) requirements on machine shop over different CNC and auto lathe machines, gauges, fixtures, GD&T, Tolerance stack up, SOP, Operations Control and DRM Daily Routine Management. -Collect and analyze data to identify root cause of operational bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies and develop solutions. -Coordinate to document APQP approvals from Manufacturing engineers, Laboratory, production departments and Documentation for LPS, TQM, VSM, TS16949 and Quality Circle. -Perform MODAPTS time study and design Value Stream Maps to eliminate wastes and improve productivity. -Provide recommendations for inventory optimization, line balancing, material handling, layout design and capacity planning. -Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any major/minor machine breakdowns, focusing on Zero non- conformances. Documenting Mini-Tab Statistics and 5-WHY’s. -Experience in implementing POKA YOKE, PPAP and Worked using SAP Technologies for material status, process requirements, quality measurement on route cards, purchase orders. -Implementing and monitoring cost reduction projects, continuous improvements, standardization and lean concepts. -Develop process documentation and participate in field implementation, evaluation and verification at multiple production lines.
