Daily Duties at Sony, Inc. :
Key leader within the Global Human Resources Leadership Team directly accountable for the successful HR oversight of assigned client groups both domestic and international. Through various forms of strategic planning and by creating and evaluating HR analysis and metric, enhanced the Company’s organizational climate by leading performance and talent management activities, career planning, program development, project management and succession, coaching and counseling, strategic workforce planning, interpretation and application of policy and procedure, and proactive risk evaluation.
