Program Director of a 27 bed rehab hospital at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Personally responsible for developing the business plan, for the daily operations, budgets, compliance, quality improvement, program development, staffing, staff development, marketing plan, survey prep with both the state and CARF International. Personally evaluate and treat some patients as well as assisting other therapists with problem solving patient issues. Turned around the key performance indicators and have developed a strong cohesive team.
