Daily Duties at Tesla Motors:

Scrum Master leading high performance teams to achieve results through Sprints and JIRA's, thus meeting or exceeding internal customer expectations. Served as liaison between the business, technology and support teams. Utilized my knowledge of Logistic techniques, methods, and tools and subject matter best practices. Developed process documentation for processes and procedures while participating in the SDLC process including BRD and FRD preparation, gap analysis, UAT, QA, deployment, training, documentation, and production support. Translated user requirements into user requests and program specifications. Worked with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications. Development of training outlines for end-users and liaison with Management to understand direction within their functional area of responsibility while critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Collaboration with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
