Directed operations of seven-state regional information services department supporting technical infrastructure for business sales, cellular network engineering, data center, disaster recovery, multiple retail locations, and 350-seat contact center. Organization purchased by AT&T Services, Inc. Led team of IT professionals in development and administration of web-based applications and databases and maintenance and optimization of hardware and software systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Established policies, managed projects, administered operational budgets, and facilitated team training and development programs. Conducted system analysis and created status and project reports for key stakeholders. Directed deployment of computers and peripherals with adherence to imminent deadlines.  Collaborated in strategic planning, implementation, and support of telephone system, contact-center server, call monitoring system, and workflow applications.  Created and implemented contact-center queue and statistical reports of agent performances.  Managed deployment of point-of-sale (POS) systems to 85 retail locations.  Led IT system integration projects for multiple corporate acquisitions.
