Daily Duties at At&T:

Direct delivery of global enterprise Information Services (IS) to corporate employees of international telecommunications provider. Lead diverse, multi-cultural teams of Information Technology (IT) and Business Management professionals and direct multiple corporate logistical processes. Conduct business analyses to optimize processes; manage vendor relations, asset lifecycles, and supply chains. Logistics Return Operations Control Center (LROCC) – (2010 – present) Manage installation and maintenance of more than 150K corporate-owned technical devices, inventory control of leased equipment, and cross-functional collaborations among 300K+ desktop support agents, vendors, and employees. Intelligent Field Devices (IFD) Depot Operations – (2012 – present) Direct deployment and support of over 200K cellular phones, tablets, scanners, test equipment, and other field computing devices for corporate employees and more than 90K field technicians. Depot Logistics Tools Team - (2012 – 2016) Utilized Agile project methodology to lead team of developers in creation and integration of web-based inventory management, order processing, order fulfillment, and automation applications. Transitional Support – (2008 – 2012) Managed delivery of IT system support and integration for multiple corporate acquisitions prior to development of corporate integration process.
