Daily Duties at Nokia:
Played a leadership role as IT Project Manager accountable for project planning, SOWs, requirements gathering, application development/testing, installation & upgrades, and deployments. Supervised 15 direct/indirect reports. • Implemented Nokia’s ecommerce portal project where customer can purchase mobile phone and Nokia products, look at catalogues, renew licenses and service warranty of the purchased product and create any service request. • Implemented SSO and security framework for SCA using OWASP guidelines. • Provided infrastructure, deployment and configuration support for Nokia.com Latin America portals and created DNS change request, resolution and escalation processes. • Led onsite/offshore project teams to maintain integrity and continuity of Nokia.com portal. • Developed a SSL request process, a media bank access process, and provided network, firewall, appgate, and SecureID access to vendor and external developers. • As a PM implemented saleforce.com (SFDC) Nokia’s Sales Incentives project for managing user accounts, licenses, importing list of Nokia Strategy / Strategic Objectives / Strategic Initiatives, Updating Year & Currencies and data extraction
