Daily Duties at Cortex Consulting :

Provided governance to software deployment programs/projects supporting numerous telecom clients. Oversaw the entire project life cycle from planning, RFPs/SOWs, agile processes, requirements gathering, software development/testing, to installations/upgrades for various customers. • Oversaw all aspects of executing software development programs/projects valued up to $6 million for large telecom customer in the US and Latin America using SDLC (Agile/Scrum) methodologies. • Proficiently trained 30-member cross-functional project team providing software development, quality assurance, hosted services, and DBA/system administration in designing and delivering complex onshore/offshore solutions. • Closely monitored project/program schedules, budgets, and estimation of new requirements • Chaired Network Analyzer (NA) project team accountable for developing, testing, installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, and deploying DSL network for various customers across Latin America.
