Daily Duties at Tech Mahindra/At&T :

Lead Project Manager in a PMO team providing hands-on oversight to APMs, Scrum Master and Delivery team in the implementation of AT&T’s Renovation (Non-Halo) program, DETS Platform Engineering OCE program and emerging business market program (EBM) aligned with organizational strategic agile initiatives. • Govern end-to-end project delivery process of Renovation, OCE and EBM program/projects with 8+ Application Project Managers for each program and 20+ applications with various technologies and infrastructure VPMO (ITO) projects. • Coordinate cost and MDE estimates, budgets, change proposals, vendor resources and projects handovers. • Facilitate agile Vision/Kickoff meetings with different teams from individual applications to understand the application dependencies, constraints and risks. • As a Lead PM for ATOM (AT&T Order management) implemented the SFDC portal where AT&T customers can get quotes, deal pricing, product pricing and browse product catalogues using SFDC portal.
