Daily Duties at Asap Solutions:
Lead Project Manager for AT&T in a Network and Shared Services PMO team providing hands-on oversight to APMs, Scrum Master and Delivery team in the implementation of AT&T’s AIC (AT&T Integrated Cloud) virtualization, DNM, VNS, Netbond cloud VPN, Service Assurance (SLA management) aligned with organizational strategic agile initiatives. • Govern end-to-end project delivery process of AIC, NetBond program/projects with 10 Application Project Managers for each program and 25+ applications with various technologies and infrastructure VPMO (ITO), Datacenter projects. • Coordinated cost and MDE estimates, budgets, change proposals, vendor resources and projects handovers. • Facilitate Vision/Kickoff meetings with different teams from individual applications to understand the application dependencies, constraints and risks. • Successfully migrated AT&T services to AIC cloud platform saving millions of dollars in vendor fees and reduced infrastructure costs
