Applied industry best practices quality management concepts and tools including statistics, inspection methods, problem solving, and process analysis for continuous improvement. Developed OCS project delivery and quality assurance processes to improve customer satisfaction and company P&L performance for project delivery. Ensured request for proposal bids vetting by field subject matter experts for realistic business and security compliance.
