Directly responsible for major IT project constraints of scope, time, resources, costs, quality and risks. Managed projects through inception, elaboration, construction, transition and production phases using Oracle Unified Method industry best practices. Planned ERP project critical environments provisioning and installation, migration or upgrade as designed. Coordinated project deliverables completion with system integrators (SI) including OCS, KPMG, Accenture and Deloitte. Developed change management process improvements and standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency and enhance client service levels. Provided rapid proactive service experience to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
