Daily Duties at Jas Mics Foundation Inc:

Direct, plan and implement comprehensive data-informed seasonal giving strategy to identify, inspire, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for the nonprofit charity. Conceptualize, execute and evaluate all seasonal giving communications and solicitations through multiple channels including appeals, and development and oversight of segmentation strategies, creative concepts, and distribution methods. Develop and monitor annual fund solicitation schedule; track and analyze results; communicate progress and produce financial and status reports. Serve as a liaison to align prospects/donors with institutional opportunities. Recruit and work with advancement staff to ensure that all seasonal fund gifts are acknowledged in a meaningful, timely and accurately recorded in database. Provide IT infrastructure and application quality support services for fundraising with vendors. Manage advertising placement in social media and email campaigns to target and retain donors. Evaluate issues remediation process with fundraisers and service providers for improvement. Conduct operations research analysis and prepare performance reports to enhance success.
