Daily Duties at Ekornes Inc.:

- Maintain brand standards and design guidelines for Ekornes Inc. to build equity in the Stressless brand. - Develop national and local promotional calendar and manage creative print, television and online advertising assets as well as point of purchase display materials to support promotions. - Use KPI’s such as store locator, catalog requests, web hits, click though, dealer conversions and call centers to measure analytics of marketing programs and advertising. - Created and maintain Web portal, populating with effective sales, advertising, marketing and merchandising tools for field sales reps and dealers. - Developed and maintain retail salesperson portal to assist in training, product information, selling guidelines and sales associate Spiff reward programs. - Publish promotional rules and content calendar for both external customers and sales force, as well as internal customer service and team members. - Design and implement merchandising and display materials planning and coordinating the installation with 3 internal employees and 2 outside independent contractors in all retail stores. - Assist corporate sales trainers covering 3 levels of retail sales training and product repair. - Participate in corporate trade show program for company, with 4 shows annually including exhibit design, construction and sales meetings. - Member of the Ekornes Inc. management advisory board focusing on distribution and pricing strategies.
