Daily Duties at Mpw:

Conducted training seminars to trainers for safety procedures in the production plants. Attended various EPA and OSHA functions to improve the account. Maintained relationships with government regulatory agency reps i.e. EPA, OSHA. Improved retention rate; managed nearly 50 employees at various sites. Managed P&L statements, customer satisfaction and HR functions of employees. Generated additional revenue for each account beyond the original contract by acquiring new jobs. Trained shift supervisors to improve productivity and efficiency of their crews. Reengineered production processes for improved efficiency. Provided management staff solutions and increased account profitability by introducing new contracts. Locations of services: Peterbilt, Lockheed Martin, Steelcase and Ford Motor Company.
