• Increased operational efficiency, developing individual evaluation and development programs for each manager using Performance Profiles as a guide. • Ensure proper execution of all Human Resources functions, proper interviewing, hiring, documentation, termination, performance reviews, etc. • Defined, implemented, and maintained the highest standard of quest service. • Mentor and coach team members on effective methods for managing and resolving complex situations. • Responsible for over 169 team members and 13 managers for both Mellow Mushroom and Keagan’s Restaurant • Ranked in the top 5 for over 18 weeks for Sales and guest satisfaction • Recruiting, Interviewing and hiring team members and Managers for both Mellow Mushroom, Keagan’s. and Statement Brewery. • Manage staffing levels and create schedules that support customer service and daily operations within budget. • Responsible for creating the menu for food, liquor, beer and wine.
