Daily Duties at Zoomoperations:
At ZoomOps I was responsibles for the sales Marketing and communications of all the services we offered. Contracting of operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes (BPO,Customer Service and call center human resource management which provided key support to call center staff from hiring, to training, to managing personnel and call center KPIs and also Start Up services. Launched the ZoomPromo.com 'classifieds ads' (petites annonces in French) system in January 2010 to facilitate the exchange of information between consumers and businesses.Marketed Web desighn web hosting domain registration and googleAps consulting services.(Some of my chievements included Zenithe insurance,Prestige travel and Tours, D&D Technology to name a few).
