Daily Duties at Discovery Support Services:
Charged with completing an average of 300 records during the final process of evaluating the documents. • Created a filing system that allowed for speedy completion of documents for mailing. • Provided helpful feedback to the data entry team to ensure records were processed correctly before arriving in quality control. • Created a process for labels that reduce the amount of time spent on each record, which increased production from 300 to 350 medical records in an 8-hour work day. • Recognized as go–to person for quality control questions and concerns. • Ensure Records were processed the same day they were printed, which reduced customer service calls and complaints.
