Charged with managing daily operations of litigation documents for contracted attorneys. Evaluate documents for errors before processing to attorney clients. Maintain and modify document scanning procedure for efficiency. Initiate contact with attorneys when documents were accessible. • Produced a system for scanning documents that created efficiencies. • Made phone contact with over 150 document providers to ensure documents were produced to attorneys in a timely manner. • Expanded department from one employee to three employees to ensure timely response on request for medical records. • Ensure records are processed through document retrievals in a 30-day turnaround time, which reduced attorney complaints.
