Daily Duties at Health Port Technologies D/B/A Ciox Health:

Charged with managing and completing daily operations of the Remote Services Division. • Participate in budget planning for Fiscal Year 2016. • Breach Prevention Training on a Quarterly basis starting in Fourth Quarter of 2015 • Research all breaches and enter all information relating to breaches in company tracking system. • Ensure Records are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. • Onboard all new accounts to include: implementation call, testing connections, testing redirect printing, and facilitate initial training call. • Manage all customer service questions from both the provider and requester contacts to ensure matters are handled quickly and professionally, with an emphasis on relationship improvement and site expectations. • Implemented Area Manager and Associate interaction with regards to once a month one-on-one meeting to discuss, expectations, production, and ways to improve Remote ROI. • Implemented Area Manager contacting three assigned sites each week to ensure we are proactive with Remote accounts instead of reactive to issues. • Implemented Area Managers auditing both their associates and his or her peer Area Manager weekly. Total of 40 audits per Area Manger per week are required on his or her assigned associates as well as Area Manager peer associates. • Work directly with inter-company IT and IT with provider locations to correct any ongoing IT issues with accounts.
