Daily Duties at Health Port Technologies D/B/A Ciox Health:

Charged with managing and completing daily operations of the Remote Services Division. • Participate in VPO level budget planning for Fiscal Year 2017. • Reviewed budgets to ensure quarterly and yearly profit and loss metrics are met. • Monitor revenue and expenses looking for areas of development to improve Gross Margin. • Provided support on monthly customer corporate calls as stand in VPO August 2016 and September 2016. • Effectively managed employee’s daily activities through Cognos by reviewing daily production. • Breach Prevention Training on Monthly basis starting in Third Quarter of 2016 reducing breach reporting from 10 monthlies to 1 reported at end of 2015 in accordance with Quality Improvement process. • Ensure Records are processed within Master Service Level Agreement turnaround times reducing MASL percentage. • Improved MASL First Quarter 2016 starting at 20% to 10% on consistent basis during Third Quarter 2016. • Work directly with the Chief Operations Officer for Parallon/HCA on process improvements according customer satisfaction. • Interview, hire, and onboard all new associates in the Georgia and South Carolina area. • Standardize business operations throughout decentralized offices to maximize revenue increase production for the following locations: Georgia, South Carolina, Nevada and California. • Coordinate all training for centralized and decentralized locations to ensure compliance with company regulations, state laws, and federal laws. • During August 2016 to July 2017 covered my position as Director of Operations in addition to three other positions. These positions include Client Executive, Operations Manager Georgia & South Carolina, and Vice President of Operations. • President Club 2016 for exceptional performance throughout 2016.
