Created a user-friendly rendition of the General Municipal Law (GCL), General City Law (GCL), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Open Meeting Law (OML), and New York State Zoning Law. Conducted State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR), planned review of a developmental proposal, and administered pre-trial conferences regarding code matters. Researched landlord-tenant relationships, created a sample lease agreement and a sample notice to terminate for the City’s landlord information pamphlet.
