Sourced projects and sub-contracting bids for Hilt Construction, and qualified competitive subcontractor bids prior to execution of contract. Assisted in drafting and reviewing initial construction contract with a foreign government. Researched and obtained necessary permits from the Department of Building in New Rochelle for demolition, renovation, and outdoor swimming pool through the City’s municipal code. Observed meetings between architect, private developer, and counsel to discuss owner’s vision with an understanding of the legal requirements by the township to build a multi-tenant retail center, which included acquiring a use variance approval with bulk variance. Assisted project manager in daily administrative tasks.
