 Provided telephonic assessment, counseling and case management services to employees and their dependents.  Provided face-to-face individual and marital counseling.  Provided crisis intervention services and coordinated critical incident stress debriefings for employees involved in traumatic events, and conducted onsite critical incident interventions.  Conducted onsite trauma debriefings, and trainings on various topics including stress management, team building and resiliency.  Provided consultation services with managers and human resources personnel dealing with problematic employees.  Coordinated services for employees formally referred to the EAP for violation of workplace policies.  Managed therapists who provided outpatient mental health services for clients through employee assistance program.  Provided utilization review and authorization of insurance benefits for mental health services at all levels of care for customers with managed care benefits.  Assisted clients to access their mental health benefits, and coordinated mental health services with their health insurance.  Organized and maintained written and computerized clinical records in accordance to HIPAA regulations using specialized data software.
