Daily Duties at Racetrac Petroleum:
keeping all store facilities equipment 100% functional 100% of the time, managing service needs to in house technicians and outside providers, managing service request, managing NTE from providers, reviewing all invoices and forward to A/P, facility auditing with dispatch service needs from audit, special project upgrades to concrete-LED lighting, fuel systems, building structure, manage fuel containment maintenance, environmental crisis management, develop preventative maintenance scope, manage in house PM crews, cost analysis reporting, yearly budget projections
