Daily Duties at Hp:
Chartered with supporting HP Direct Response Channel (DRC) Partner, Systemax (SYX), which owned TigerDirect, Global Computer, Global Gov/ED, Infotel as well as other entities. Promoted numerous Channel Programs (New Business Opportunity (NBO), Tiered Pricing, Derivative/Large Buy-In Products and utilizing SMB/SLED/Commercial Target Accounts) to 12 Call Centers with 500+ Sales Agents. Led Product/Sales Champions and collaborated to promote Monthly/Quarterly campaigns with focus on Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Convertibles, Thin-Clients, Monitors, Printer and Services. Traveled extensively to Call Centers demonstrate new products and programs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Facilitated mapping exercises and strategy sessions with Teams handling SMB/Commercial/SLED accounts deliver solutions tailored for that specific customer. • Key contributor team generating $200M+ in PPS revenue in FY13-FY14 and overall attainment of 100.58% through October 2015 with SYX being recognized as largest growing DRC Partner (out of 8) with nearly 30% growth in FY13. • Drove NBO Registrations: 2015: increased approvals 34% and $32M in Revenue and 2014: increased approval 126% and $36M in Revenue. • Worked directly with HP and SYX Funded Sales Champions for PC Print Supplies and Services as and Enterprise Group to determine strategy on programs. Assisted B2B Agents to close opportunities by focusing on pipeline and open quotes. • Managed variety of Customer/Internal events featuring HP Products/Programs. Assumed leadership role in managing and hosting TigerDirect Innovation IT Expo/Tech Bash for 2013 - 2015 attended by nearly 60,000 customers to significantly increase HP brand exposure with TigerDirect customers. • Negotiated on behalf of SYX to be added to HP State Contracts for TX, GA, NJ, which provided capability to sell to thousands of SLED Accounts and drive new incremental revenues of over $30M+ annually • Took active participation in closing significant HP accounts such as LabCorp ($30M TCV), Donna ISD $2.5M), Robis Elections ($3M), Depository Trust ($1M) Laurens County BOE ($500K) and Coffee County ($400K) amongst many other large opportunities
