Daily Duties at Chewy:
• Apply and integrate all Recruiting processes and strategies to the recruitment process of a specific business area, with a focus on business needs and requirements • Responsible for meeting and exceeding hiring orders that ranged from 50-120 hires per week • Accountable for the quality of recruiting and support provided to the recruitment process within a 650,000 square foot Distributions Center in Mechanicsburg, PA. • Partners with the executive HR management team and considered the top Recruitment expert for the business; strategically evaluates needs of business lines and implements plans and resources to ensure Recruitment support. • Supervises assigned staff, scheduling and assigning work, establishing goals and objectives and providing coaching. Completes performance reviews; makes employment decisions; coaches, counsels and develops staff in 2 Distribution Centers.
