Daily Duties at 2 Gals Events & Promotions:
• Collaborate with several charity entities, including Packages from Home, Riders for Breast Cancer, the 100 Club, and Lost our Pets Home Foundation, firemen’s auction, culinary showdown, and raffles. • Deliver logistical planning and execution of fund raising events. Garner donations and sponsorships for Events. • Execute events such as luncheons, city scavenger hunts, parties and banquets. • Effectively plan for guest attendance ranging from 50 to 5,000 individuals, and promote events throughout relevant industries while recruiting sponsors and managing an average of 5 to 20 volunteers at each individual event.
