Efficiently operated Class A commercial office buildings. Performed daily rounds to confirm all HVAC, MEP and Fire Life Safety equipment was online and operating as intended. Performed and /or supported routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Emergency Power Systems per OEM recommended procedures. Responded to tenant house calls. Installed/Replace various pumps and motors supporting building infrastructure.
