Daily Duties at Kato International Llc:
Managed daily operations of 600K sq. ft. Class A office building including planning, scheduling and execution of infrastructure maintenance for HVAC, F/L/S, Emergency Power and other all activities. Managed lobby projects from pre-construction through commissioning including developing energy conservation measures (ECM’s) as part of NYC Local Law 87.
