Daily Duties at The Wlb Group:
Responsibilities’ focused on mentoring, keeping the staff productive, setting budgets and adhering to them, developing an annual work plan, marketing for the department, and setting fiscal goals for the department. Successful track record of developing young professionals, giving them a structured frame work within which they have plenty of room to grow and succeed. Lead many multi-functional project teams on small and large complex design and construction projects alike, very comfortable in that role. Possess a strong practical approach and common sense strategy for design and construction and realize the steps and sequencing of tasks for both. Each project is unique but they all follow similar principles of idea, funding, contracting, staffing, scheduling, construction and warranty.
