Daily Duties at Us Navy:

• Responsible for controlling the ship's weapons, sensors, and propulsion in defense or attack against enemy forces. Successfully utilized every aspect of the USS Nimtz (CVN-68) and required a mastery of naval tactics. • Represented the captain's voice in the combat center until relieved by another tactical action officer or the captain. • Ship tactical training team leader trained personnel in all aspect warfighting techniques and how to properly respond to all types of scenarios.  • Train and develop employees for higher responsibilities and promotion. • Prepare for 8-month deployment by tracking position vacancies and scheduling training for the operations department. • Maintain discipline and order, ensure 125 employees are performing duties • Gather and disseminated tactical information • Create job 24-hour rotation schedules for deployment staff • Assess key tactical metrics and create action plans to ensure the highest efficiency possible.
