Daily Duties at Moteng Na, Lc:

• Lead and support the development of a performance-oriented culture through strategic goals and initiatives. • Manage and conduct associate relations counseling, outplacement counseling, exit interviews and coordinate the unemployment response process. • Provide safety and workers’ compensation leadership, guidance and consistency throughout the facilities to reinforce a company culture of safety.  • Manage talent acquisition for high volume distribution center recruitment and temporary agency relationship. • Manage all aspects of performance and development of direct reports to encourage professional growth. • Responsible for budget control and justification for capital expenditures.  • Implement and interpret company policy; maintain company policy manuals; prepare and distribute memorandums when required. • Responsible for planning and implementing training programs for associates to include improving communications between departments and associates; development of supervisory skills, interpersonal skills and technical skills. • Manages all activities in the accounts payable/receivable function. • Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. • Manages collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agencies.
