Daily Duties at Target.Com:

Oversee teams of up to 75 professionals, ensuring efficient and effective work across all departments. Communicate with department heads and recruitment teams to create continuity and maximize productivity. Utilize volume forecasts to staff operational departments as production controller. Act as a consultant to Senior Management for long range labor strategies and capital equipment. Facilitate between departments to provide cross-functional strategies and improvements. Mentor staff members through training and development. Lead and participate in GEMBA walks for assigned department. Key planner in metrics to drive continuous improvement for the department and building.
