Responsible for developing and increasing unit growth and brand loyalty. Increasing market share thru the use of proven system and practices. Subject matter expert in areas of business growth, P&L, guest service. Partner with franchisee using product & services that help key stake holders, increase customer loyalty, quality assurance compliance while reducing operational costs. Regularly conducted business performance consultations, developed action plans that resulted in increased performance in both brand loyalty operational excellence. Partnered with franchisee to increase average rate, bottom line revenue, occupancy and Market share by over 10%
