Daily Duties at Service Master:

Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of one of ServiceMaster brands with franchise count of 204 business and revenue of $28 million dollars. Coached and partnered with selected high-level owner to help them achieve business expansion, growth and profitability goal, while helping to support a team of Business Development Consultants, National Account Sales Manager, Restoration Program Manager, Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Brand Leader. Primary liaison with all other department, directors and other Service Master brands to manage, implement and monitor strategies for all facets of the business operations. Including planning and executing of annual convention, National Franchisee Council meetings, franchisee incentive program, FDD changes, royalty and the role out of the first operating system in the brand’s history.
