Drove the key product development initiatives by directing and delivering new and enhanced infrastructure services as well as providing lifecycle systems support across a broad technology base (Unix, Linux, MVS, Windows). Oversaw, led, and guided a talented engineering team in developing feasible technical solutions using the Agile development process. Ensured product delivery within established timeline, quality standards, and budget.
