Daily Duties at Fmc Technologies, Inc:
Subject matter expert on subsea controls products, industry codes, regulatory bodies and product delivery to meet customer’s subsea architecture and needs • Worked from pre-FEED and FEED work along with optimizing subsea system architecture • Interface engineer between Manifold, PLET, Tree, Controls, IWOCS and after-market groups to ensure all interfaces were captured and products flowed seamlessly between start to finish • Mentored, trained and developed engineers in technical writing skills, product performance calculations, product integrity tests, procedures for installation, transportation, handling, operating, testing and storage. Hand calculations template developed for DNV, API requirements • Developed newer templates for stocking program and on demand projects while developing new vendors, alternate suppliers, conducted mock audits and responsible for first point of contact for all external API audits within the department year after year
