Developed each individual to their fullest potential • Managed products, product catalog, standards, local and global work instructions, shop work instructions, training materials and engineering calculations. Managed the structural team and specialist FEA engineers. Developed team for industry growth with correct master equipment list, document registers, interfaces and compliance to industry codes • Worked on reliability analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action reports and developed documents for MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) FMECA (Failure Mode Effect & Criticality Analysis) developing Inspection & test plans while working with customers on HAZ-ID and HAZ- OP workshops to identify, record and mitigate deviances • Worked closely with technical tender, central tender team and product groups and prepared leg work for quick turnaround of projects and ensured bid compliance. Ensured DNV, ISO, API, ASME, NORSOK compliance and worked with metallurgy and weld groups. Approved FEA for pad eye calculations, soil analysis, foundation structures and installation loading in dynamic sea state conditions, umbilical and pipeline calculations and reducing manufacturing cost • Ensured technical compliance, product catalog and correct equipment selection including material, welding and calculations for the subsea oil field across the globe from Brazil, Gulf of Mexico to North Sea, Indian subcontinent and Australian waters • Reviewing government specs in relevant fields, meeting industry codes and proper procurement, fabrication, assembly and testing operations of subsea equipment for each region
