Director, Quality Management – 60 US Production Facilities Established direction for development and administration of company’s quality management system. Developed an environment of continual improvement in every aspect of the company’s products, processes and services. Acts as a champion for quality. Coordinate with management team to establish strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels to ensure that the quality program will meet or exceed internal and external customers’ needs and expectations
