Credit Risk Management - Assessed financial risk exposure for 200 customers worth 1.6 billion annual sales, or $565 million credit limit. - Explored opportunities to improve cash flow by auditing supplier payment terms and revisiting AP transactions. - Simplified customer credit initiation process with electronic applications, reducing processing time by 2 weeks.
