- Created best in class biological lab, imaging & medical center in Cameroon as seen on www.ciab.fr - Directed all financial processes including pricing, accounting, taxes, financial analysis, bank relationships, and payables. - Prepared all legal and contractual documentations for 8 insurances, 20 enterprises and 10 suppliers partnerships. - Led HR operations for 40 employees: talent acquisition & development, payroll, contracts, labor code compliance. - Engaged sales force towards objective of doubling annual sales from 2014 to 2015, achieved successfully.
