Investors Relations - Compiled an IM for investment bankers in India to raise $40 Million in private equity and launch 60 clinics in 60 months. - Architected a fiscal scheme to collect $20 Million in crowdfunding and sponsor patients for heart surgeries in KP clinics. - Oversaw the capital structure and financial conditions of the company through considered risk and liquidity. - Presented a monthly Investment Report to the BOD and shareholders with key financial performance indicators. Financial and Strategic Planning - Generated short and long-term strategic financial objectives of the company. - Mapped the strategic vision for growth in India and in the USA into an operational model. - Coordinated long-range plans, assessed financial requirements, developed alternatives. - Expanded the organization through organic growth, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Finance Operations - Consolidated financial statements for all companies and provided analytical reports on clinic operational performance. - Understood the organization business model for generating customer value and translated into operational metric measures. - Monitored expenditure and implemented expense control processes for physicians. - Liaised with banks and financial institutions to arrange loan agreements and maintained excellent banking relationship. - Ensured compliance to legislation and all taxation requirements, including TDS and GST in India. - Lead internal and external audit activities for all entities, and built cross functional teams to address items in the RACM. - Supervised the coding, billing and collection department.
